How do I update my personal information?

As a regulated institution, we are obligated to verify your personal information. Knowing and confirming the identity and personal information of every user ensures we are compliant with Liechtenstein laws and regulations that work to prevent money laundering and terrorist financing.


Therefore, if there is a change in your personal information, please reach out to us at support@floin.com and one of our agents will forward the request to the appropriate department. In case we need you to substantiate the request, (for instance, if you changed your address or last name,) our agents will guide you through the process.


It is also good to know we will periodically ask you to reconfirm the information you gave us while creating your Floin account. We will display the answers you provided when registering and you will be able to confirm that everything is the same or, in case of a change, easily enter the new information.
