Modified on Mon, 12 Feb at 11:39 AM

In order to use all the features Floin has to offer, you must complete Advanced Verification. In accordance with Liechtenstein Law and regulations, we need to verify your tax residency. To do so, we ask you for a Proof of Address (POA).

What is Proof of Address (POA)?

The Proof of Address (POA) is a document submitted during Advanced Verification that confirms that you live at the address you provided during your registration and establishes your tax residence.

A POA document must meet certain criteria in order to fulfill our legal and regulatory obligations. The document must be a photo or a scan, current (not older than 3 months), issued by a valid issuer, and clearly display the issuer, your information, and date of issue. The information on the POA document must be issued in your name and match the name and address you provided during your registration.

Information that must be provided on a POA document includes:

  • your full and correct current legal name
  • your full and correct current residential address
  • the date of issue that is not older than three (3) months

  • Check if the address and name you provided during registration match the information on your Proof of Address.
