The advanced verification on Floin.com ensures a high level of security and protection for all users. Accurate verification of your identity and address ensures that the platform remains secure and is only used by authorized users. This process is essential to meet legal requirements and ensure the protection of your data and transactions. The data is fully subject to data protection. With the appropriate preparation, you will go through the advanced verification process quickly. The system will automatically guide you through the verification process.



STEP 1 Preparation

- Have your cell phone or laptop with camera ready

- Proof of identity (identity card, passport or driver's license)

- Proof of residence

STEP 2  Login and start the KYC process

- Use your email address and password to access your account.


Navigate to “Verification”

Go to your user profile and select the “Advanced Verification” option to start the verification process.




STEP 3  Entering and checking personal data


Confirm or update your personal information, including:

- First name and last name

- Date of birth

- Nationality

- Full residential address

- This information must exactly match the details on your official documents.




STEP 4  Upload proof of identity


Selection of the identity document:

- You can choose between different documents, such as passport, ID card or driver's license.

- Select the document you want to upload and make sure it is current and valid.


Upload the document:

- Scan or photograph the document in high quality.

- Make sure that all corners of the document are visible and that no details are obscured or blurred.

- Upload the document via the platform provided.




STEP 5  Upload proof of address


Valid documents

- A document confirming your residential address is required. This could be a recent utility bill (e.g. electricity, water), a bank statement or a letter from the authorities.

- The document should not be older than three months.

STEP 6  Selfie und Liveness-Check

STEP 7  Review and conclusion


Verification by the platform

- Once all the required documents have been uploaded, the platform begins the verification process. This process can take from a few minutes to a few hours, depending on the quality of the documents submitted and the complexity of the verification.


Notification

- Once the verification is complete, you will receive a notification by email. If the verification was successful, your account on Floin.com will be fully activated.
